MAHADUL ULOOM AL-ISLAMIA MADRASAH (Trust NGO) is an India based organization that partners with grassroots organizations in India, which actively engaging and educating rural Women, Children and Youth for general Academic Education, Vocational Training, Information and Communication Technology for Development.
Mahadul Uloom AL-Islamia Madrasah (Trust NGO) is seeking funds to educate children in Malda, rural region of West Bengal with special emphasis on children of Labourers. The project will benefit over 800 hundred children by giving them access to education. Which is suited to their needs, provide them with a range of extra-curricular activities and encourage them to join the formal education system.
Mahadul Uloom AL-Islamia Madrasah (Trust NGO) has undertaken to address education problem of the poor and the disadvantaged children with special emphasis on the girl child.
Mahadul Uloom AL-Islamia Madrasah (Trust NGO) has the necessary infrastructure including Skills, Support and Sincerity to successfully implement its projects. Society concern include the following in which it has made substantial contribution by way of material development and production and /or field work in the community: Safe Motherhood & Child survival, Ante-natal and post-natal care, Health of adolescent Girls & Boys with focus on reproduction health, Indian system of Medicine & Health, Wood Carving, Carpentry, Environment Up gradation, Hygiene, Sanitation, Income Generation etc.
Mahadul Uloom AL-Islamia Madrasah (Trust NGO) has needed the active and whole hearted participation of the community is ensured due to the need, which is being addressed by our organization. Our objective is to make this project feasible, replicable and sustainable.
- Admission is open to all Caste, Creed, Sex and Religion.
- Implementing modern Education in full Islamic atmosphere & Instructions.
- Teaching of modern subjects with stress on proficiency in Languages & including Computer Education.
- Pledging to train the students with heart & soul and tooth & nail to make them disciplined, honest, co-operative, good and useful Citizen of India.
- To achieve proficiency in spoken Bengali, English, Arabic & Urdu when they are at the Madrasah.
- Home works are given regularly in all the subjects.
- Co-curricular activities such as Debates, Games, Sports and Physical Exercise etc. are compulsory for all students.
- To go to Arrange & Start Digital, Smart & Online Edu. Training Classes immediately.
Going to Arrange and Start Career Guidance Programs for the benefit of students.
- To Provide Ambulances & medicine free of cost to the suffering Students and persons living below the poverty line in Madrasah and at any places particularly in rural and slum areas.
- The Objective of the TRUST shall be to communicate, promote plan, assist, undertake, execute, implement and administer the programmes intended to advance the well-being and welfare of the people in all parts of India without distinction of sex, caste, community, religion, creed and economic status, solely for philanthropic purpose and not the purpose of profit. That the Trust Fund shall not be applied for any purpose other than those specified in ‘Aims and Objects’ mentioned hereinafter.
- That no money or property shall be received or used except for the purposes and
objects of the Trust and without the Knowledge of the Board.
- That the Trustees to be co-opted in future must be a citizen of India and free
from all sorts of prejudices and superstition and having sound moral character.
- That the property of the Trust Whatsoever derived or obtained shall be applied
solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Trust and no portion thereof
shall be paid to or divided amongst any of its members by way of profits.
- That the property, office, education & other centre’s institutions belongs to
Trust never be utilized other than education, training, charitable and
development purpose.
- That the Trustees will not be entitled to receive any salary or remuneration, but
the Trustees may reimburse themselves all expenses actually incurred by them in connection with the Trust activities of their duty relating thereto as usual course of management of the Trust.
- The Trust shall never borrow and/of augment from the public or open market by announcing attractive financial investment scheme.
- That the Trustees will deal with the Trust property as carefully as a man of ordinary prudence deals with his own property. If a Trustee takes that much care, he shall not be responsible for any loss of the Trust property,
- That this is an educational and charitable Trust and the property of the Trust shall in no case revert to the Trustees descendants or to any other person.
- That the Trust shall be not involve and carry on of any activities for profit all over India as defined under the Income Tax Act.1961 and/or under any order for the time being in force under the Income-Tax Act and /or any stationary modification thereof.
- Stated herein all aims / objects / purpose of the Trust shall come into effect / force after required necessary appointment and by seeking Recognition/ Affiliation/ Permission/ License and Sanction from the concerned and competent Govt. Authorities.
- The Trust will never acts like micro financing, micro credit, franchise and money laundering (Act- 2012) Economical offence/ crime and in nature and shall not obtain any donation or like that from abroad without getting the permission of FC(R)A from the central Govt. / the competent Govt. authority which the Trust and Trustees are responsible for and the whole Trust is void and come under the all punishable laws.
- Applicability of Trust Act: The provisions of the Indian Trust Act- 1882 shall apply to all matters not specifically mentioned in these presents.
- The Trust at present has no Immovable or Landed property in its own name.
IRREVOCABILITY: The Trust hereby created shall be IRREVOCABLE.
